The Lash Lounge Village at Newtown is the premier salon for Lash Extensions located at 2802 S. Eagle Road, in the Village at Newtown Shopping Center. Located near McCaffreys and Adorn Me, we offer a focused menu of services including Lash Perming, Lash and Brow Tinting, Threading, Brow Laminations, and Lash Extensions. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes through thoughtful consultation and education.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a motivated, optimistic, outgoing, and professional Salon Front Desk Sales Associate for our Newtown salon. The ideal candidate's focus will be on communicating all aspects of our services, providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships (which save our guests money) and cultivating a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will also have experience in a salon setting or working with memberships, including retail sales, booking clients, social media, and using various computer software programs. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Thoroughly describe all services, including prep and aftercare
- Increasing savings for guests through our Membership Savings Program and retail sales
- Deliver an outstanding client experience through incoming communication, proactive outreach, a warm and friendly first impression and positive and productive close out.
- Communicate with guests in person or by phone/ text /email through our customized software, using brand protocols and professional grammar
- Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance, cleaning, and staff scheduling
- Assisting with social media following specific brand protocols
- Maintain a clean, inviting and luxurious environment
- Opening or closing the salon as keyholder
- Multi-task using multiple software programs to track leads, salon scheduling, guest communications, social media postings
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have reliable transportation
- 2+ years salon or membership sales/retail sales experience is mandatory
- Experience handling opening and closing duties independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Communication and ability to articulate specific details critical to our services
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work weekdays/weekends/evenings
- Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
