WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a stylist manager who has lash experience and enjoys working with people. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly and responsible!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position will involve a split of providing services along with salon management which includes guest services.
- As a stylist:
- Must be able to perform all services offered at our salon (primarily eyelash extensions). We will train and certify the right candidate for all of our services; and this certification is critical in order to manage the stylists in the salon.
- As a manager:
- Assist the salon general manager in all aspects of running our luxury salon
- Deliver an outstanding client experience through incoming communication, proactive outreach, a warm and friend firstly impression and positive and productive close out.
- Confidently educate and sell the salon services and products we offer.
- Ensure the salon's appearance is always top-notch and gives our clients and employees an outstanding environment appropriate for a luxury salon.
- Assist with promotional and marketing events to help build the brand awareness of the salon; particularly using social media to promote the salon and our services.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license or permit
- 1+ years as a Lash Stylist preferred
- 1+ years with hand-made volume fans, preferred
- Customer service focused; loves working with clients
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic
- Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
- Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
