COMPENSATION :
- Competitive hourly wage plus tips during the certification training process.
- Generous commission plan on all ancillary services, eyelash extension services, retail cosmetic products, membership sales, and add-on services.
- Potential for bonuses for monthly/quarterly sales goals
- Once certified through our corporate training: Pay may range from $35,000 to $70,000 per year.

REQUIREMENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES of the Cosmetologist or Esthetician are:
- Active Kentucky Cosmetology or Esthetics license
- Lashing experience (preferred but not necessary)
- Motivated to learn new techniques and has excellent attention to detail
- Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Enthusiastic and has a positive attitude
- Enjoys working independently, yet enjoys working in a team environment
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
ADDITIONAL POSITION DETAILS
- Job Type: Full Time - 35 - 40 hours per week
- Salon Hours are:
- Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Saturday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Sunday - Closed
- Paid time off is available
