WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for an experienced Lash Stylist who embodies our culture of redefining one’s beauty. You can work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly, responsible and can deliver the ultimate guest experience!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver superior guest experience through a friendly and consultative attitude.
Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after-care products.
Understand and promote memberships and products.
Perform consistently high quality, professional eyelash extension services.
Generate new clientele through our fantastic referral programs.
Maintain a clean and sterile work environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
1+ years as a Lash Stylist
1+ years with hand-made volume fans, preferred
Guest experience focused; loves on your clients
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic
Initiates and maintains self-learning on services and products
Comfortable educating clients on services and products
Flexibility to work some weekends and some evenings
