We’re looking for confident, outgoing people who love talking to guests and closing the deal. We're looking for a friendly, organized and confident Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our lash salon!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into bookings
- Follow up on leads quickly and confidently
- Sell memberships and retail
- Create an exceptional first impression for every guest
PAY:
- Hourly base + commission + bonuses
- Typical earnings: $13–$16/hr
- Top performers can earn more!
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Previous work experience in Front Desk, Sales or Retail, preferably in spa/salon/fitness/hotels/service industry
- Great with people and enjoys interacting with customers
- Exceptional customer service skills (in-person and over the phone)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Can work weekends and evenings
- Has a flexible schedule to pick up shifts as needed
