We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Salon Manager for The Lash Lounge Frisco-North located at Hollyhock right on the Prosper/ Frisco border. .
Who we are:
The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for lash extensions in the United States. Founded in Dallas, TX, The Lash Lounge offers a complete menu of services including lash extensions, brow/ lash tinting, face/ brow threading, lash lifts, brow laminations, microblading and more. We take pride in consistently creating an inviting atmosphere with a focus on an exceptional guest experience. Our Frisco- North salon has been open for 7 months and it is really a great location.
Who we want on our team:
We are looking for an Assistant Salon Manager for our busy, positive-vibe, Frisco- North salon. Your focus will be on learning the front desk in's and out's first, providing excellent customer service to all our guests and staff, helping to manage and coach our growing team of Front Desk Associates, and cultivating a positive and fun work environment. You will be highly focused on sales, managing company goals, overall front desk duties including bookings/ client scheduling, client relations and training our staff in selling memberships and retail. We are looking for someone who is intrinsically motivated, passionate about customer service, hard-working, and ready to jump into this busy salon environment and help lead. This ownership group is currently expanding their salon units and there will soon be a variety of career growth opportunities.

Required Skills:
- Experience managing employees
- Experience with desk operations and sales, preferably in salon, spa or membership businesses
- Exceptional customer service and computer skills, MindBody Online experience is a plus
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Requires some nights and weekends
· College Degree in Business Management or another relatable field is preferred
· You must be legally eligible to work in the United States with reliable transportation
