About the Role
The Lash Lounge® at Crocker Park in Westlake, OH is seeking a polished, professional, and experienced Permanent Makeup Artist who will also be trained and developed into a certified Lash Artist as part of our comprehensive service offerings. As an upscale salon, we are committed to providing a refined, welcoming environment and delivering exceptional service to every client.
We are looking for an individual who demonstrates emotional intelligence, honesty, professionalism, and a strong commitment to the service industry. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about delivering high-quality beauty services.
This role includes performing permanent makeup (PMU) services, eyelash extensions (following training), and auxillary services.
Responsibilities:
- Perform permanent makeup services with precision, consistency, and adherence to established protocols.
- Learn and execute eyelash extension applications under the guidance of experienced professionals, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment in accordance with salon standards.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand goals, preferences, and suitability for services.
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence and professional composure in all client, peer, and management interactions.
- Stay informed on current trends, techniques, and best practices in lash artistry and permanent makeup.
- Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate strong, long-term client relationships.
- Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including team collaboration in salon maintenance.
Requirements:
- Cosmetology or esthetics license required.
- Strong passion for beauty, with particular interest in Permanent Makeup and lash artistry.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate client needs with professionalism and emotional intelligence.
- Demonstrated integrity and reliability.
- Consistent punctuality and dependability.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and artistic precision.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve.
- Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in a beauty-related field is advantageous.
- Portfolio of PMU services required.
