We’re looking for confident, outgoing people who love talking to guests and closing the deal. Our front desk isn’t just customer service — it’s our sales engine.
We are a fast-growing, performance-driven salon, and we’re looking for a motivated Front Desk Sales Coordinator who wants to help grow our business, increase first-time visitors, convert leads, and drive revenue, while being the friendly face of our brand.
This role is perfect for someone who:

What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into bookings
- Follow up on leads quickly and confidently
- Sell memberships and retail
- Create an exceptional first impression for every guest
Pay
- Hourly base + commission + bonuses
- Typical earnings: $17–$20/hr+
THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION:
This is a 35–40 hour per week role requiring availability for afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Reliability and schedule flexibility are essential. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SUNDAYS 12-5.
