Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional, welcoming experience for every guest
- Educate clients on lash and brow aftercare to maintain results
- Recommend and promote products, memberships, and packages
- Perform professional lash and brow services with precision and care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
What You’ll Bring:
- Active Ohio Cosmetology or Esthetics License (required)
- 1+ year of lash experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable transportation and strong work ethic
- Confidence in educating clients and engaging in continued learning
- Availability for evenings and weekends
